AAAI - Blank Templates

Go to Word and on the top tab go to add-ins->get patient

it should show a menu with a bunch of templates for documents or sign them into intergy if they already haven't

navigate to Options->add-ins and for the manage dropdown do templates and then press go

C:\Intergy\Code\UI\Clt\TMS\TranscriptionWriter\Intergy Transcription.dot for transcription writer.dot

C:\Users\DamonTek-Jackson\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\startup for normal.dot

T:\ for medtext.dot

it should have 3 checked items, medtext.dot, normal.dot, and intergy transcription.dot

if it doesn't have the medtext, do add and navigate to the T: drive and it should be right there.

double-check it added and test that get patient again
