Here are instructions on restarting the Updox process in Intergy if the connection seems to have gone down.

Hello Ken,
To restore the connection between Intergy and Updox, you will need to restart ICS.
Inside Intergy go to System Administration -> Utilities menu -> Security -> Trusted Applications -> Intergy Connection Service (ICS) -> Click Deactivate -> Click Reactivate. Wait 5 minutes and should be successful
If that doesn't work, restarting the 'Intergy services' service on the server may resolve.
1. Restart the Windows Service called “Intergy Services”
2. Deactivate and reactivate ICS in Intergy System Administration
3. Restart the Windows Service call “Intergy Services”
