File Manager Isn't Responding

Purpose:  The purpose of this document is to provide a troubleshooting solution to fix the file explorer not showing all folders or files

Audience:  All

Authorizations:  Changes to this document/process can only be requested by DamonTek management

Systems Impacted:  All systems

(Note that document authors/editors and audit trail are tracked in the document properties)

This will clear your file explorer settings and any pinned folders.

Process Steps:

• Can I have you try going to the control panel? it looks like this

• It'll bring something like this up and if I can have you change the view by to large icons like so

• You should now see an option for file explorer options. If I can have you click that it'll bring up another menu where there is an option to clear
