Adding a printer with DamonTek is a very simple process that any user can do.  Our software recognizes the location of your computer based on the IP address that is assigned when you connect to the network.


  1. To add a printer, click on the "carrot" symbol in the bottom right corner of your screen on the Windows toolbar. 
  2. Icons for services that are running will be displayed.  
  3. Click on the icon that looks like a printer with a green plus (+) sign. 
  4. On the left side menu, click on the office/location where you want to print. 
  5. On the right side pane, click on the printer that you want to use. 
  6. A popup window will ask you if you wish to install the printer. 
  7. If you want this printer to be your default printer, click the checkbox to "Set as default printer"
  8. Click yes to install the printer.
  9. A popup window will indicate the progress of the installation.  
  10. A message will confirm when the printer is installed and ready for use.
